Can women without mahram perform Umrah?

Women aged 18 and above can perform Umrah without a mahram with a Tourist Visa. The Tourist Visa allows women to enter Saudi Arabia with a Single Entry Visa and is valid for 30 days.

Will the umrah course be subject to additional charges?

No, the umrah course is free for every package provided

Are prices, dates and programs subject to change?

Dates and prices are subject to change but you will be notified of such changes in advance. The itinerary is fixed, however, the day of the tour may change in certain circumstances (weather, etc.).

What beds will be available for a triple or quadruple room?

There is a possibility that pilgrims will be given an extra mattress instead of the original bed (subject to the hotel).

Is vaccination required before performing Umrah?

Yes. Umrah pilgrims need to get a vaccine injection (Meningitis ACWY135) before performing Umrah. However, vaccinations are not included in the Umrah package

Will Umrah courses be provided for pilgrims?

Umrah courses are provided free of charge for Umrah pilgrims and will be guided by experienced Religious Teachers. The Religious Teacher will help answer all the questions and problems related to Umrah worship. You can also access Umrah videos on the Umrah Guidance page

In addition to group Umrah packages, are private Umrah packages also available?

We provide group Umrah packages and private Umrah packages

How many times can I perform Umrah?

You can perform Umrah as much as possible. Umrah will be performed 3 times if you join a group Umrah package, one of which will be with the guidance of a Mutawwif.

Is zam-zam water supplied to each congregation to take home?

We supply 5 liters of zam-zam water for each pilgrim which can be obtained after landing at KLIA.

What is the mode of transport from Mecca to Medina/Medina to Mecca?

By bus (6 hours to 8 hours) / Travel time between Mecca and Medina by bus will take about 6 hours.
