PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE (FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY)

TH Travel and Services Sdn Bhd (“THTS”) respects and is committed to protecting your personal data. This notice outlines how THTS collects, uses, stores and discloses your personal data in connection with commercial transactions and how THTS protects your personal data. The terms found in this Personal Data Protection Notice ("Notice") such as "personal data", "processing", "commercial transaction", and also "related person" carry the same meaning as stated in the Protection Act Personal Data, 2010 (“Act”). For the purposes of this Notice, the expression "THTS" or "we" refers to THTS including any of its branch offices in Malaysia and other countries (or in the context required, one of them), while the expression "you" refers to and includes customers , potential customers or Third Parties as defined below (or in the necessary context, one of them) relating to customers or potential customers who receive and/or obtain products and/or services from THTS.

TYPES AND SOURCES OF PERSONAL DATA AND PERMISSION OF PROCESSING

Personal data voluntarily provided by you in our forms, agreements, websites and/or other documents in connection therewith may contain information including but not limited to your name, title, date of birth, identity card number/number passport, employer/company name and information, home and/or office address, phone number (such as mobile number, office phone and/or home phone), facsimile number, email address, occupation, age, gender, relationship status/ marriage, race, nationality, religion, information about dependents (such as their relationship to you, name, address and telephone number, identity card number/passport number, date of birth, age, gender), personal health information (including medical history and information) and images (such as photographs) (collectively “Personal Data”). By voluntarily providing your Personal Data, you consent to us collecting, using and processing your Personal Data. You hereby acknowledge that Personal Data provided by you or obtained by us from Lembaga Tabung Haji (including any of its branch offices in any state or district in Malaysia) or from any relevant government department or agency (such as Department Insolvency Malaysia) is accurate, complete, not misleading and up-to-date and such Personal Data is necessary for us to provide services to you and to establish commercial transactions between you and us. If you choose not to provide such Personal Data or if such Personal Data is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading and/or not up-to-date, THTS may not be able to provide you with either (i) the desired service, or (ii) the level of service wanted.
